The desert must-sees in 4 days: this private tour takes you from Marrakech to the great dunes of Erg Chebbi at Merzouga, the most spectacular Saharan landscape in Morocco. The road is a journey in itself: the Tizi n'Tichka pass, the ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, the Valley of Roses, the Dades gorges and then the Todra canyon. At Merzouga you ride a camel to your camp at sunset, then spend a whole day in the desert: a 4x4 excursion around the erg, the Gnawa village of Khamlia, meetings with nomad families, an optional quad ride and an evening of traditional music. Two nights in the desert, so you really enjoy the dunes instead of just passing through.
